Return Policy

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.
• Return will not be accepted after 7 working days, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Return requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
• Standard length of suit is 7 meters with 36 inches width. Suits with extra meters will not be returned.

Exchange Policy

• An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
• An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that does not contain the same defects as the former.
• To exchange a purchased product, the customer must submit a form with proof and details of the defective items.

Cancellation Policy

• An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.
• If a customer doesn’t confirm their order within 24 hours of placement, the order will be marked as discarded.
• An order can only be canceled within 12 hours of ordering from the customer’s end.
• If a customer cancels an order past the suggested time limit, their appeal will not be accepted.
